Job scheduled not long after very reasonable estimate approved. The patio was tricky given the level of pitch in our back yard. Patio ended up with too high a pitch from one side to the other. We requested the patio be lifted. Eric, the owner, and Chris, his foreman, worked with us to come with the best solution. Eric also worked with us so the job could be done at a price that work for both of us. Chris and his crew were excellent, hard-working, and very professional. We are extremely happy with our new patio. Recommend them highly.

Eric was very helpful coming up with a good design plan. We took down a pool and created a new patio, fire pit, sitting wall, stairs to a new walkway. His team is extremely polite and very professional. Would definitely hire again!

We did an addition and wanted to do a patio rather than a deck. We had Eric come over and discussed what we wanted. He made some great suggestions and we agreed on a design. He showed up prepared and did a great job. It has been a few years since he completed the work and we are still very happy with our patio. I would recommend Precision without hesitation.

After describing my planned shed location that would take up a big chunk of my yard, Eric quickly saw that there was a much better location — in a wooded area just off the yard. Because it was covered with vegetation and small trees, and was abutted by a steep downward slope on one side, I had never even thought to put the shed there. Eric explained that he could level out that area using boulders, stones and gravel to create a completely stable and level area atop the slope, for less than the cost of the retaining wall in the yard. The result was better than I could have expected — a completely level gravel pad that will accommodate a huge shed, with room to spare, that doesn’t take up any of my yard. The work was done in a single day. It looked so good, I was very tempted to have Eric level out another section of the wooded area in a similar way — I may do that yet.

The workers were all polite, responsive, and very good at their professionalism. Worked through rain, sleet, snow and very cold conditions. Cleaned up everything meticulously.

Eric and his team did an extraordinary job. It was a multi-month substantial job to place pavers over a nearly 4,000sf pool area. Not only did Eric’s team smartly and carefully manage the grades for efficient draining, but they offered dozens of creative ideas to further enhance the overall uniqueness and visual appeal of the final product. They installed an impressive circular pattern in one area, and a unique double soldier course in another. Further, about a year after the job was complete, Eric came back to correct one area that started to fail, due to no fault of the original work (some subgrade started to fail). Eric did this work at no cost as he wanted it to be perfect. I told Eric I was happy to serve as a reference, and was ok with him sharing pictures from our job as proof of the great work that Precision Excavation does.
